Titania Halsey, 25, is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County Court after being arrested for assaulting a police officer, fireman or paramedic and criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.
Halsey was released following her processing and failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a warrant for her arrest.
Investigators describe Halsey as a 5-foot-10 African American woman with black hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 180 pounds. It was noted that anyone who comes into contact with Halsey “should not attempt to apprehend or detain” her.
